Optimizing Your Lymphatic System

Optimizing Your Lymphatic System: Something That Concerns Everyone

The lymphatic system, like the circulatory system, travels throughout the body, but instead of carrying blood through the arteries and veins, the lymphatic system carries lymph, a fluid high in a certain type of bacteria and debris fighting white blood cells, throughout a series of vessels in the body.

A properly functioning lymphatic system cleanses the body’s tissues, aids in cellular repair, and eliminates toxins that protect the body against fatigue, illness, and disease. When the lymphatic system becomes stagnant or blocked, it can cause blood to lose protein, and it decreases immunity, causing the body to become defenseless against viruses, fungi, and bacteria.

Optimal flow is vital for proper lymphatic function, and it is ensured by three means: muscle movement, pulsation of nerves, and fluid pressure. For this reason, diet, exercise, and lifestyle play a critical role in the function and health of the lymphatic system.

Please join us for Optimizing Your Lymphatic System on Tuesday, November 5th at 5:00 pm CST to find out how you can take proactive steps to help ensure the health of your lymphatic system!
